Privacy Policy

This website is a catalogue. It does not ask you to create an account, it does not take payments, and it has no contact form. There is nothing here that collects your name, address or email.

When you tap a WhatsApp button, your own WhatsApp application opens with a message already written. Nothing is sent until you press send, and until you do, we receive nothing at all. Once you do send it, we hold that conversation in WhatsApp in order to answer you, in the same way we would hold a phone call or an email.

We do not sell or share your details with anyone outside Sirex Designer Tiles (India) Private Limited, other than the freight and laying contractors who need them to complete your order.

If you would like us to delete what we hold about you, write to info@sirextiles.com and we will do it.
